Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging, then securely pack them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to NAK

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
